Pilates

Exercises which aim at increasing the awareness of one’s body. We are working to strengthen the deep muscles of stomach, back and pelvis. This influences the forming of habit - keeping correct figure. It is very safe, recommended also for those, who cannot perform other forms of gymnastics.

AQUA AEROBIC

AQUA AEROBIC is a comprehensive training of the cardiovascular, respiratory and muscular systems aimed at anyone, regardless of their age, physical fitness and swimming skills. These water classes are a fusion of aerobics, elements of swimming and physiotherapy exercises

Step

Step aerobics is a form of aerobic activity that is an extension of floor aerobics. This exercise utilizes the same principles, but adds an additional cardio element in that extra energy is expended when stepping on and off the riser.

ABT/Stretching

Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific skeletal muscle is deliberately elongated in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and reaffirm comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility and range of motion. Stretching is also used therapeutically to alleviate cramps.
