The Spa Experience

At the heart of the Spa is the ‘Spa Experience’ inspired by the Roman tradition of sequential thermal and hydro bathing. It is great to share time with friends or a partner or just have some ‘me time’.

 The Spa Experience includes:

Hydrotherapy Pool using Sopot’s mineral rich water, Hamam – low steam, gentle heat and inhalation using the local therapeutic saline water, Finnish Sauna, Aromatic Steam room, Ice Fountain, Sensual Rain Showers, Tepidarium with Heated Loungers, Swimming Pool, Gym.

*Swimming pool is the only zone available for children within Spa Zone. Children (0-16 years old) are allowed at swimming pool at set hours - 11 am - 6 pm daily. Every child must be under superivion of an adult at any time.

Hotel Guests and Members, please note that prior booking is essential for this treatment experience as number of Guests using facility is limited as we would like to maximise enjoyment and benefit from all the facilities.

Spa Experience + Rasul 160 PLN/Person
Rasul is an eastern-inspired bathing ritual which combines a gentle steam environment with the application of cosmetic and healing muds culminating in a cleansing raing shower.

* Minimum number people using Rasul is 2 and maximum is 4.
