Escape, relax and rejuvenate.  The Sheraton Sopot Spa has sourced some of the world’s finest and most effective products and treatments to help you look good and feel great.  The Anne Sémonin collection combines a heady blend of aromatic essential oils and marine ingredients with classic French flair.  They are tailor made and personally focused for luxury, pleasure and outstanding results.  Dermalogica from the United States has been dedicated for more than 25 years to delivering outstanding skin care results through a process of education, product innovation, professional advice and effective treatments.

We also offer excellent services to address your beauty and grooming needs from top to toe.

Facial Treatments

All treatments in the Anne Sémonin Phyto-aromatic Facial Collection begin with your therapist assessing your skin type and creating an enhancing made-to-measure facial through individually blended plant active serums, masks and complexes.  All skin types can be treated.

The Dermalogica Prescriptive Facial Collection uses the latest technology and your therapist will begin by mapping your skin from forehead to collarbone, identifying skin type and any potential problems so that she can select a treatment appropriate to your particular needs.

Your therapists will be able to provide relevant home care advice to enable you to deliver long term benefits to your skin.



Massage Therapies

Massage therapy is one of the world’s oldest healing therapies. Today, the benefits of massage are varied and far-reaching from relieving mental and physical stress and tension to treating specific ailments.

At the Sheraton Sopot we offer a wide range of holistic massage therapies including Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, Swedish and a Sport and Fitness Massage; we even have a massage specially created for Mothers-to-be.  A personal consultation will ensure you receive a treatment to suit your specific needs and preferences.



Hydrotherapy & Body Treatments

Sopot is an authentic spa town with its own healing mineral waters sourced from depths of 800m below sea level and the Spa at Sheraton Sopot is the only modern spa in the tri-cities to incorporate these mineral waters with their treatments.

We provide a superb range of Rain Shower treatments Body Wraps and Underwater Massage therapies, some of which combine the Sopot mineral waters with earth clays, Spirulina seaweed or essential oils.

Our exotic Rasul is a must for couples or a small group of friends to share a wonderfully fun, relaxing and therapeutic experience.



Signature Rituals Collection

We have created Signature rituals unique to the Spa at Sheraton Sopot for you to enjoy and benefit from.

One of the rituals has been developed with our exclusive French product house, Anne Semonin to provide the ultimate Facial treatment which is not only geared to achieving noticeable results but also to providing a wonderfully pampering experience including a delightful back treatment.

The other two rituals bring together the special therapeutic mineral waters of Sopot, superb hydrotherapy equipment and excellent products all administered by capable and caring therapists.



Couples Collection

Couples, mothers and daughters (over 16) and friends often enjoy sharing treatments and spending quality time together.  Also some of our guests seek complete privacy.  The Spa at the Sheraton Sopot has created a beautiful, completely self-contained, Couple Suite, which even has its own changing area and toilet en-suite.    The two therapy couches are alongside each other, there is a large hydrotherapy bath in which you can totally relax, which can accommodate two, and a double shower; there is even a comfortable seating area where you can enjoy some refreshment by firelight.

We have also arranged some superb treatments to share here in the Suite and in our exciting Rasul.



Treatments for Men

More and more men are realising the value of spa treatments for de-stressing, energising and pampering.  Also looking good as well as feeling great plays an important part in being successful in business and enhancing personal relationships.

Although many of the treatments offered throughout the Spa Menu are suitable for both men and women we thought it might be helpful to highlight a few treatments and services with our male guests particularly in mind.



Hairdressing & Grooming

The Spa at Sheraton Sopot has an excellent Studio for Hairdressing, Shaping and Tinting, Make-up and Manicure and in the Spa Therapy Suite we also offer a range of other ‘Finishing Touches’ including Waxing, Foot Treatments and Safe Tanning.
